The ad says they are looking for a Front Desk Manager for a Hilton Garden Inn. All the ad says they are looking for is someone with 2 years experience in hotel work. So I left Radisson on 7/4/10 and as of today, I'm resuming my old position as I was asked to come back with a raise as incentive. We finally got a new FD Mgr. Now, we the current FD people have to teach her how to do her job. Man I hate having to teach management how to do a job, because that clearly means we can never go to her with a question on how to do the job, because if we don't know, we didn't teach her and so she sure as shit doesn't know any more than we do.
